Bins staged for a renovation drop in Edmonton

Demo day is a bad time to start looking for a bin. Book the drop for the morning the crew starts. Set pickup after the last load, or leave it open and schedule from the link.

Which size for a reno

A kitchen or bathroom usually fits a 15 yard at $375.00. Cabinets, tile, drywall, a tub. A full gut across more than one room, or a roof, is a 20 at $425.00. A powder room and some shelving is a 12 at $335.00.

Construction and reno jobs are the ones that run long. Price the extra days up front: $15.00 a day after the included week.

Placement on a live jobsite

Leave a clear pad and a note the driver can use. “West side of the garage, not blocking the lumber drop.” If the excavator is swinging, say so. We will not drop under a boom.

Old paint from the garage shelf is the usual mistake. The prohibited list is short. Asbestos is a stop-the-job item. If a house is old enough that you are guessing, get it tested before it goes in our bin.

Shingles are allowed and they are heavy. A roof on a 20 can still exceed 2 tons. Tell us it is a roof. We will warn you about the scale.

Book before the permits land

Put the drop on the calendar when you lock the demo date. Book a bin or call 780 964 2467. If the city inspector delays you, move the delivery from the portal instead of ghosting the slot.
