Dumpster rental Edmonton: 12, 15 and 20 yard roll-offs

If you typed dumpster rental Edmonton, you want a roll-off. We drop a 12, 15, or 20 yard box, leave it up to a week, and haul the load.

Locals still say bin. The truck does not care which word you used. Same 12, 15, and 20 yard roll-offs, same Greater Edmonton drop.

Dumpster sizes we run in Edmonton

We do not run 10, 30, or 40 yard boxes. Those ads you see are often national templates. Our fleet is 12, 15, and 20. That covers a garage cleanout through a house gut.

• 12 yard dumpster — $335.00, 1 ton, 44 inches high.
• 15 yard dumpster — $375.00, 1.5 tons, 54 inches high.
• 20 yard dumpster — $425.00, 2 tons, 72 inches high.

Width and length stay 89 by 168 inches. The 20 is the one that clips overhead wires if you are not looking. Walk the pad before you book it.

Residential vs jobsite

Driveway drops are the default. We need a clear reverse, no low branches, and a spot that will not sink in spring thaw. On a jobsite, put the address and a note: “south side of the garage, past the porta-potty.” The driver reads that. If the pad is ice or mud, say so.

What the rental includes

Delivery, the week, pickup, and the included tons. Disposal is in the price up to that weight. Over that, $99.00 a ton. That answers “does dumpster rental include disposal?” Yes, until you bury it in concrete.

Dirt, sod, and concrete are legal if you tell us first. They are heavy. A half-full 12 of concrete can blow past 1 ton. What you cannot load is the paint, batteries, tires, and asbestos list.
