When you book, we collect your name, phone, email, delivery address, payment details through Stripe, and information about your load. We use this to deliver the bin, contact you about your rental, and bill approved extras.

How we use it

Booking data runs scheduling, driver routing, and customer support. Payment data is processed by Stripe. We send transactional email about confirmations, reminders, and pickup. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep rental records as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize where we can.

Your choices

Contact us at Yegbossbins@gmail.com to ask about your data or correct booking details. You can manage pickup and extensions from your booking link.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site uses minimal technical cookies required by the hosting platform. We do not use invasive ad trackers on the booking flow.
